Frozen yogurt — the kind where you freeze yogurt, not the soft-serve stuff at froyo bars — can be a great option for breakfasts when you don’t really want to make something. This breakfast bar is kind of like a parfait on a stick; yogurt, berries, honey and vanilla to add depth of flavor, and a bit of granola to top it all off.

There’s really not much more to say!

Simply mix up the ingredients, spoon it into a popsicle mold, and freeze. I personally like silicone popsicle molds like these from Amazon (aff link). The lid keeps them from getting freezer crud on them, the flexible silicone makes it easy to get the popsicles out, and of course it’s reusable.

Breakfast Yogurt Popsicles
Equipment
- Silicone Popsicle Molds
Ingredients
- 1¼ Cup Yogurt Any flavor, but a complementary fruit works best IMO.
- 1½ Cup Fresh Berries I used strawberries and blueberries.
- 4 Tsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract Optional but adds depth of flavor. Leave out if you're using vanilla yogurt.
- 6 Tbsp Granola For the "top" of the popsicles, but can be mixed in. Also optional.
Instructions
- Stir the granola and half the honey in a bowl and set it aside.
- Mix the yogurt, berries, half the honey, berries, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Spoon the yogurt mix into the popsicle molds, filling most of the way up, but leaving a bit of room for the granola. Top with granola, add the sticks (and lid if necessary), and freeze overnight.
