Ingredients
1¼CupYogurtAny flavor, but a complementary fruit works best IMO.
1½CupFresh BerriesI used strawberries and blueberries.
4TspHoney
1TspVanilla ExtractOptional but adds depth of flavor. Leave out if you're using vanilla yogurt.
6TbspGranolaFor the "top" of the popsicles, but can be mixed in. Also optional.
Instructions
Stir the granola and half the honey in a bowl and set it aside.
Mix the yogurt, berries, half the honey, berries, and vanilla in a bowl.
Spoon the yogurt mix into the popsicle molds, filling most of the way up, but leaving a bit of room for the granola. Top with granola, add the sticks (and lid if necessary), and freeze overnight.
