For the Filling
1PeachDiced
2TspBrown Sugar
2TbspChopped Pecans
For the Cobbler Topping
3TbspFlour
¼TspBaking Powder
¼TspCinnamon
1TbspBrown Sugar
8TspMilk2 Tbsp + 2 Tsp
1TbspMelted Butter
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350℉. Grease your ramekin (I use a non-stick spray.)
In the ramekin, stir together your peaches, 2 tsp of brown sugar, and pecans.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Then, mix in the butter and milk until it just comes together. A few lumps are okay.
Pour the topping mix over the peach mix as evenly as you can.
Bake for 25-27 minutes, until the edges of the cobbler are slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before enjoying. I like to serve with a scoop of ice cream!
