Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal Breakfast

A super simple baked oatmeal breakfast.

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Oatmeal I use quick cook oats, but old fashioned work too.
  • ½` Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Pecans
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp Baking Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375℉. Grease your ramekin.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and pecans. Then, add in the milk, syrup, and vanilla, and mix well.
  • Pour your mixture into your ramekin and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the liquid has been absorbed and the edges are starting to brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
