Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375℉. Grease your ramekin.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and pecans. Then, add in the milk, syrup, and vanilla, and mix well.
Pour your mixture into your ramekin and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the liquid has been absorbed and the edges are starting to brown.
