Rubber Spatula
Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
¾CupWhole Wheat Flour
½CupCocoa Powder
½TspBaking Soda
½CupChocolate ChipsMelted
½CupSugar
1CupCottage Cheese
1TspVanilla Extract
1EggRoom Temperature
¼CupButterMelted
¾CupMilk
⅓CupMini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350℉. Line your baking dish with parchment paper so you can remove your brownies easily later.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking soda. Make a well in the center of it and set it aside.
In a food processor, blend up the cottage cheese, melted chocolate, melted butter, vanilla, egg, milk, cocoa powder, and sugar. You want this to turn into a smooth batter so blend it until it's fully combined.
Scrape this wet mixture out of the food processor and into the dry bowl and mix it until it just combines. Fold in the bonus chocolate chips and transfer the batter to the baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes, using the toothpick test to make sure it's done. Let it cool and then cut and eat.
