Simple chocolate-filled pretzels with sprinkles for Valentine's Day

Ingredients
45Mini PretzelsMore or less, depending on how much chocolate you add to each.
6Oz.Chocolate ChipsI like dark chocolate but it's up to you.
Instructions
Line your baking sheet with paper or a silicone baking mat for easy management.
In your bowl, melt your chocolate by microwaving it for 30 seconds at a time and stirring in between. You can use a double boiler if you prefer, all you need is to melt the chocolate.
Wait a couple of minutes for the chocolate to cool a bit, but not harden. Transfer the chocolate to a piping bag (or a Ziploc with the corner trimmed off).
Arrange pretzels on your baking sheet and start piping in chocolate. I found it best to fill each of the three hole segments and then add a dab in the middle to cover the pretzel.
Sprinkle your decorations on the chocolate before it fully hardens to ensure they stick, then transfer the sheet to the fridge to chill and set the chocolate.
