In your sauce pan, melt 1 stick of butter.
Add the peanut butter and melt it, stirring constantly to mix it with the butter until smooth.
Turn off the heat, then add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Mix to combine.
Grease and line your baking dish with parchment paper (to make the bars easier to remove when they're done.)
Add the peanut butter mix to the baking sheet and smooth out.
Melt the remaining 3 Tbsp of butter in the sauce pan.
Add the chocolate chips and stir until they're melted and it's mixed together.
Pour the chocolate over the top of the peanut butter mixture and spread it evenly.
Chill the bars for at least 1 hour, or until cool and solid.
Keep them refridgerated! You can let them warm up a bit to make cutting them easier, though.
