For the Crumble Topping

Instructions
Prepare the Apples
Peel, core, and slice the apples into small pieces.
Mix the apples with the lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, stirring to coat.
Divide the apple mixture into your ramekins.
Prepare the Crumble Topping
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Mix the oats, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt together.
Add the brown sugar and melted butter. Stir and mix well. I use my hand to fully incorporate it when I'm nearly done.
Pour the topping on top of the apples in the ramekins, divided evenly between the two.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until apples are tender and the topping is starting to brown.
Let cool slightly before serving, and top with ice cream. Enjoy!
