Preheat your oven to 350℉. Line your baking dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the oats, pie spice, and baking soda and set aside.
In your mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
Add in the dry mixture and mix well.
Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts, and mix until distributed.
Pour the mixture into your baking dish and smooth it out.
Bake for 25 minutes. You're looking for the edges starting to brown.
Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy. Cut and wrap in plastic or parchment paper for a portable treat.
