1½CupsOatmealOld Fashioned Oats
½CupSalted ButterMelted
½CupBrown Sugar
½CupChopped Pecans
⅓CupFlour
1TspCinnamon
For the Fruit
3CupsApplesPeeled, cored, and diced small.
3CupsCranberriesFresh!

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare your baking dish by greasing it with some butter.
In a mixing bowl, combine together the oats, brown sugar, pecans, flour, and cinnamon, and mix well. Add in the melted butter and combine, then set aside.
Toss the apples in corn starch to coat. Then, add the cranberries and sugar, and further mix to coat them all.
Spread the apple/cranberry mix in your baking dish. Then, spread the oat mixture on top evenly.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the fruit is tender and the topping is browning. Let rest for 10 minutes to cool before serving.
